ABOUT THE ENTERPRISE

Public Enterprise “Finansinių problemų sprendimai“ (FPS) is the first organization in the Baltic states to provide assistance to indebted and financially weak companies and persons/individuals by freeing them from the burden of debt, planning their budget and recovering their full-fledged life.

FPS assists indebted companies and persons/individuals in dealing with creditors, bailiffs, debt recovery companies as well as in protection from unfair creditors and implementation of the companies’ and persons’ rights and lawful interests.

There are plenty of laws, companies and persons protecting the interests of creditors. However a person with financial difficulties can only be protected by FPS.
