Commonly the creditors are determined to recover their money. Usually they appreciate their money more than the property or health of the rest. At times, the creditors may apply certain remedies, which apparently infringe human rights and do not conform to the laws. Occasionally the creditors are willing to cash in on the debtors.
However each creditor is obliged to respect and observe human rights. Moreover each creditor is bound by the same laws. No person or company should be ignored or deprived of their rights at the mere fact that this particular person or company is indebted or possesses financial difficulties.
